There are many circumstances in the CSA Z797 &amp; Z271 Codes that require the services of design engineers. We can help! Our Introduction to Access Scaffold Design training program is specifically designed to teach engineers and technicians the &#8220;ins and outs&#8221; of the scaffolding industry, its products and projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who should attend:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professional Engineers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engineers In Training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design Technicians<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engineering Techs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CAD Draftspersons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advanced Scaffold Inspector Training (Pre-requisite)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Across Canada, the CSA Z797 Standard (<strong>Code of Practice for Access Scaffold)&nbsp;<\/strong>requires that certain scaffolds and scaffold features require the design of a professional engineer. These include (but not limited to):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hanging Scaffolds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large Cantilevers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outrigger Scaffolds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scaffolds rated for more than 75 PSF<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tall Scaffolds (over 15m for non-T&amp;C, 10m for T&amp;C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guyed Scaffolds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This training program is designed for designated scaffold inspectors who will be responsible to read and interpret engineered drawings to inspect and approve those scaffolds on an ongoing basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PLEASE NOTE: This training program has a pre-requisite for training\/experience to attend. With that growth has seen rapid changes in standards, technology, regulation and engineering. AXS Canada offers a 2 Day Professional Scaffolder Technical Update program for experienced scaffolder to update their technical knowledge and skills.
